BASIC INFORMATION
Canyonlands national park is the largest park in Utah. Rivers divide the park into four districts: the Island in the Sky, the Needles, the Maze, and the rivers themselves. Canyonlands was established on September 12th, 1964, by President Lyndon B Johnson. Canyonlands has many different travel experiences, from remote solitude in the back country of the park or relaxing hikes through the needles district. On average 440,039 people visit the park every year. The parks isolation and superiority of back country make visiting a spectacular experience.
